Arrival Time
Pupils should arrive for classes 15 minutes before the official start time of the class.
Parent Access
No parents will be allowed in class, unless specifically requested to be there by a teacher.
Respect of the Premises
Pupils will be expected to adhere to any regulations set out locally and respect all areas of the building. This applies to any other venue used for Academy classes.
Fees
All fees are payable by 12 equal monthly payments. An invoice will be raised and sent to your email address via PayPal on the first of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Any invoice which is outstanding for more than 60 days will result in the childs exclusion from classes with immediate effect.
For clarity, where there is a 5 week month no extra payment is due. In December, traditionally there are only two classes during the month, however the normal monthly term fee is due. If your child is absent, for example due to illness, the normal monthly term fee is still due. Long term illnesses will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for cancellation of all private lessons. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in full payment being required for the lesson.
Absence
If a pupil is absent from a class for 3 consecutive weeks without notice, their role in that class may be removed and any routines adjusted accordingly.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones will be strictly prohibited from all classes, unless prior arrangement is made due to special circumstances.
Hair and Jewellery
Hair should be neatly tied back and all jewellery removed at all times.
Food and drinks
No food or drinks will be allowed in any of the classes, unless specifically arranged due to medical conditions etc. Water will be allowed in a sports bottle.

Any parents with any objection to photographs or video being taken of their children should state this clearly in writing to the directors
