Keep Fit Class (Age 18+)

Perfect for anyone who danced in the past and would love to reconnect with their inner performer. Enjoy dynamic routines and feel the joy of dancing

With top UK choreographer Helen Ramsay.
A great opportunity to boost your skills and learn from Helen. Perfect for working professionals or those who reached a good standard of dance and would like to rekindle their interest.
